One day when Robin (whose hair was always tangled when she woke up)was about 2 1/2 she said, hands on hips, "I do it myself!" I handed her the comb and said, "As long as your hair looks neat, ok. If it starts lookin' scraggly, let's get it cut really short." It's been tangle-and tear-free ever since. I forgot my sign-in so this is Anonymous Kathy Nelzen.
We are Christians. We have recently relocated from Atlanta up the road a ways to Rome, Georgia. My husband is a new professor of Chemistry at Shorter College after recently finishing up graduate school at Georgia Tech. Jana is a stay at home mom and homemaker. Mara Kate is our 4 year old daughter and Evelyn is our new bundle of joy born the beginning of June ('10). We enjoy traveling to spend time with family, who are all out of town. This blog is for anyone who cares to read it, but was created mostly to share stories, pictures, events and random happenings in our life so our families near and far can stay up to date.

Her hair looks so much like yours with this new style. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
Dad, I guess that's sort of true although that wasn't the plan when I told them to layer it a bit in the back. I just thought it would be cute!
